Round Timer ("we", "our", or "the app") is an interval timer for boxing, MMA and HIIT workouts. This policy explains what data the app accesses, collects, uses and shares.
The app does not collect, access or use your location. It asks for no location permission, contains no map, and records no route or GPS coordinate.
Earlier versions of the app included a Running Mode that tracked a route with GPS. That feature is no longer part of the app, and the location permissions it needed have been removed.
The following is stored locally on your device and never leaves it:
Note: each permission is requested only when the feature that needs it is first used. You can deny any of them; the features that depend on them will be unavailable, and the rest of the app is unaffected.

Local storage only: all of your personal data, including workout history and app settings, is stored on your device. We operate no servers that receive or store it.

We do not sell your personal data, and we run no servers that receive it. The only data that leaves your device is the limited advertising data described in section 8. Your workout data is not part of it.

We use Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect:
AdMob does NOT receive your workout data or your timer settings. You can opt out of personalized advertising in your device settings.

Google AdMob fills some ad slots through mediation partners. These partners receive the same limited advertising data described above — never your workout data or your timer settings.
On iOS, the app does not ask for App Tracking Transparency permission, so the advertising identifier (IDFA) is not available to it and is not used for cross-app tracking. On Android, you can stop the advertising ID from being used with "Delete advertising ID" under Settings › Privacy › Ads. Every feature of the app works the same either way.
The app does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. It is designed for general fitness use and does not require personal information.
Round Timer is available worldwide. Because all of your data is stored on your device, your information stays on your device wherever you are.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are reflected in the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
